December News; No hot water problems (element needs replacing)

December to April, we get many calls every day from apartments and homes with no hot water, almost always its the immersion heater element that is broken in the water tank on the roof, after not being used all summer and now needs replacing. This involves draining the water tank on the roof, this is best left to a professional plumber, NOT a electrician who is not insured for water/plumbing. As professional licensed electricians, we can only test and confirm that the electrical element is broken, test and repair water heater wiring, switches and fit a new timer for a more convenient operation of the water heater (so it doesn't get left on accidentally).
